To make sure your BAND and CREW are accounted for, please fill out the BAND & CREW PERSONNEL form and send it back to hsbprod@mercenaryproductions.com as soon as possible.
GUEST LIST - please remember this is a free festival, and unless otherwise specified, guests will be given passes for the Friends and Family area at your stage and NOT backstage access. Help us respect the privacy of your fellow musicians by keeping your guests to a minimum.
If you have guests that need backstage access let us know when you advance the show and we can issue soft passes for the stage you are playing on.
